As the HR Manager, this person will be responsible for employee relations, staffing, leadership development and organizational effectiveness initiatives (training, skills gap analysis, employee survey actions, etc.). Excellent HR knowledge with communication and computer skills. This person will partner with plant management and employees to support and be an active participant in the business initiatives. JOB REQUIREMENTS: Bachelor's degree in Business, Human Resources or a related field. Master's degree, MBA, PHR and SPHR preferred. 4-7+ years of HR Manager generalist experience in a manufacturing environment.The job is located in Brookville, PA.
